This session focused on the District School Board of Pasco County's health and wellness center model and how it has saved the District millions in health care costs, while providing employees with lower cost access to high quality health care and prescription medications. It also covered the steps the District has taken to engage its employees in the management of their own health and wellness outcomes.

Session Topic: "The Impact of Addressing the Prevention of Musculoskeletal Interventions in the Workplace as seen through the Practice at St. Marks Powder"
This session addressed the impact of musculoskeletal injuries at the workplace. The focus included the significance of leading and active participation from top-management down and encouraging self-imposed work-site accountability. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants were able to connect the importance of bonding your health and safety programs as a sustainable health target.
